  • You will receive an email with a link to your photos about 3-5 days after the show. The email will be sent to the email address you used to buy the tickets, be sure to check your spam/junk folders! If you still have trouble finding them still, feel free to reach out to us!

  • This varies show to show, so please check the information provided on the purchase page! Currently many of our photo op pictures are being capped at 4 people out of an abundance of caution. However, every person who wants to be in the picture must have their own upgrade. So if two people want to be in the picture, they would need 2 upgrades, so on and so forth.

  • No! Unless otherwise noted, upgrade experiences and tickets are sold separately from one another! If you would like to participate in the upgrade experience, you need both an upgrade and a ticket to the show itself. Upgrades are available for purchase directly from the tour page under the show you would like to attend!

  • Tickets are sold directly through the venue of the show you are attending. If you need help locating your tickets, we would recommend contacting the venue or ticketing website directly.

  • Your upgrade passes will be emailed to you! Remember to check your spam/junk folder! If you need any help locating your upgrade passes, feel free to contact us!

  • We’re always trying to expand our tours and bring quality entertainment to everyone! That being said, sometimes we just aren’t able to visit every city. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to get all the latest information on where we’ll be next!

  • There are so many people we want to work with! While we can’t work with everyone, we are constantly striving to bring you the latest and greatest! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about new tours and events.

  • Photos will be posted 3-5 days after the show!

  • Age restrictions will vary from show to show. While many of our tours are All Ages, there are some venues with their own restrictions. We would suggest contacting the venue of the show you want to attend!

  • We accept all major credit cards, Google pay, Shop pay and Apple pay. We do not accept PayPal at this time.

  • While we would love to come to every city, sometimes we just can’t make it everywhere. That said, we are always looking to expand and bring more people quality entertainment!

  • You can find the link to the ticketing page on our website on the information page for the show you wish to attend! This will direct you to the venue or ticketing agency handling the tickets for that specific show!

  • Upgrades can be purchased directly through our website! You will be able to find available upgrades on the information page of the show you wish to attend! Act quick! These upgrades tend to sell out fast!

  • This varies show to show, however due to COVID precautions we are currently advising against bringing gifts to the meet and greet!

  • Unfortunately, all of our tickets and upgrades have a strict no refund policy. That being said, upgrades and most tickets are fully transferable, making them easy to sell to another eager fan!

  • The meet and greet typically takes place prior to the show. If you have purchased a VIP upgrade, you will be receiving an email with all the pertinent information about 24 hours prior to the event!

  • It sure does! Each merchandise line has had the design approved by the talent and features a royalty percentage for each sale to the talent. Unlike many stores, your purchases pay the talent you want to support!

  • Obsessed is run and managed by Five Senses Reeling, who has fast become one of the largest LGBTQIA live event promoters in the world, with offices in the USA and the UK. We’ve worked with the likes of Bianca Del Rio, Katya, Trixie Mattel, Bob the Drag Queen and many more to produce their live tours and touring merchandise but we are now launching our merchandise store online, for you!

  • Absolutely! Obsessed and Five Senses Reeling commit to supporting queer talent, and as such we are always on the look out for new designers to work with on our merchandise and live touring. For more information please email aaryn@fivesensesreeling.com.

  • The queer art-space is filled so much talent, and we wanted to work with our network of designers to create wonderful products that you can only get on Obsessed! Each item is created in conjunction with the drag queen, drag king or LGBTQIA talent, for the Obsessed seal of approval!
